Treble Cone is a big mountain renowned for its stunning scenery across Lake Wanaka, varied terrain & legendary powder days.  Renowned for deep Nor’West powder days, Treble Cone’s proximity to New Zealand’s Southern Alps and high altitude means reliable natural snow conditions all season.
First-rate ski & snowboard terrain

Treble Cone comprises two basins differentiated by aspect and formation.  Stacked on top of each other the mountain offers dedicated slopes for beginners, long & wide intermediate groomed trails, plus thrilling runs to challenge even the most accomplished skiers & riders. Off-piste skiing & free-riding is legendary with chutes, bowls, gullies, natural half-pipes & Terrain features.

Getting to Treble Cone

Wanaka is the ideal place to stay to enjoy Treble Cone, being a short and picturesque 35 minutes drive away.  If you are in Queenstown there is a daily shuttle operating or you can jump in your rental and scoot around the 95km drive. 


Learn to ski and board better at Treble Cone

The Snow Sports school at Treble Cone are professionals with guaranteed small personalised group lessons everyday and intensive ski achievement courses running most weeks of the season.  If your aim is higher check out our ski instructor training courses.  TC Cat club is the iconic children’s school mascot with childcare and all day lessons for 3 years and up.
