Winter Arrives at Cardrona - Are you Ready?

A few weeks ago it was hard to imagine that we'd be dodging a few determined snow flakes at lake level yesterday (Thursday 27 May)!
But thanks to the grumpy old weather system charging up the country that is exactly what happened. Snow lovers all over Australia & NZ have been jumping for joy over the last few days as temperatures have plummeted.
As of yesterday afternoon Cardrona had a good 30cm of snow on the ground which is consolidating (settling) well and there are massive snow drifts in places.
